LDThe vacuum belt dryer is a new type of drying equipment independently developed by Lieneng Company. The equipment has a diameter of 0.8~3.2m, a length of 4~18m, 1~10 layers of material belt, and an evaporation capacity of 1~150kg/h. Users can choose according to their production needs. For a long time, many materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and fine chemicals have been difficult to dry in ideal conditions. This equipment not only solves the drying problem of extracts and polysaccharide materials in the traditional Chinese medicine industry, but also is suitable for low-temperature drying of raw materials in industries such as health products and biopharmaceuticals. Equipment advantages

The vacuum belt continuous dryer converts the traditional static drying into vacuum dynamic drying. The product is produced in 40~60 minutes from the traditional 8~20 hours of drying. It achieves the goal of adjusting different drying temperatures according to different materials, and solves the problem that the spray drying temperature is high and the traditional oven time is long and easy to change. The finished product obtained after drying is well preserved in terms of physical properties, presenting as porous and brittle particles with good solubility and excellent color.

Equipment principle

Vacuum belt continuous drying technology is a drying method that involves continuous feeding, continuous discharging, and continuous crushing under high vacuum conditions. The material is transported to the dryer through the feed pump and evenly coated on the conveyor belt by the fabric spreader. The conveyor belt runs evenly on the heat exchange plate and indirectly transfers heat, causing the moisture in the material to continuously vaporize and be carried away by vacuum, thus achieving the purpose of drying. The heat exchange plate is composed of sections from the feed end to the discharge end, and the temperature of each section is set from high to low, which can be adjusted according to the specific characteristics of the material. The discharge end is equipped with a discharge crushing device, and the particle size of the dry powder product can be set according to user requirements.
